After you have paid your dues for the first time, you will become an active member of the pool and will receive a certificate reflecting such. This certificate can be transferred to a any new owner or renter of your property. You will be responsible for making sure the buyer gets your copy of the certificate at your closing. These annual dues cover the entire household for the pool season (May 1 – Sep 30).
An electronic key fob will be provided within 2 business days of your payment. One key fob is covered in the cost of your dues.
*Please note: in 2023, the security system at the pool was updated, and brand new key fobs are required. When you pay your dues for 2023, a new key will be formatted and activated for your family. If you already had more than one old key, let Ashley know, and she will replace all of your old keys with new keys. Please allow 2 business days from the date you pay for your key to be formatted. Please message Ashley (three three four, seven three four, nine two nine nine) to arrange a key pickup time. Thanks for your patience!
