An initiation fee is due from any property owner without an active membership that joins the pool. In addition, annual pool dues apply
This certificate can be transferred to a any new owner or renter of your property. You will be responsible for making sure the buyer gets your copy of the certificate at your closing.
The initiation fee is good until you decide to pay your pool dues and use the pool OR until the next buyer of your home chooses to pay pool dues and use the pool. If you pay your dues and use the pool, you will have to stay a current member for the initiation fee to transfer to the next homeowner.
Active pool memberships remains active as long as annual dues are paid. Members are allowed one year of lapsed status before being dropped from pool membership. Once dropped from membership, the property owner is required to pay the New Pool Member Initiation Fee and annual dues before they will be allowed to access the pool.
